Party Night booking Terms & Conditions

January to November Party Nights

Tickets are payable in full when booking and are non-refundable or non-transferable.

Christmas Party Nights and New Year's Eve Ball

1-9 Tickets - Payable in full when booking and are non-refundable or non-transferable.
For groups of 10 or more we require a £20.00 deposit per person with the remaining balance due by the 1st November, booking and are non-refundable or non-transferable.

Whilst our events are for adults only, they are usually family-friendly and we will allow children over the age of 14 to attend with their parents, at your discretion.

A confirmation email will confirm your booking, please print this email and bring it with you on the day.

Nailcote Hall welcomes party groups and corporate hospitality and is pleased to assist with any special requirements. Due to the popularity of our events, table configuration is at the discretion of the venue.

The management reserves the right to change the artists advertised without prior notice in the event of force majeure, ill health or any forces beyond our control. Artistes’ performance time will vary. All information is correct at time of going to press, but is subject to alteration.

All prices quoted are per person.

Timings may vary for Charity events, Ascot days, Afternoon Tea events and New Years Eve. Please check your event confirmation email for exact start times.
