Terms & Conditions

Deposit:

A deposit of 50% based on the cost of your function, together with a letter of confirmation will secure your reservation.

Number of Guests:

Confirmation of final numbers is required by the 1st November with payment in full.

Your Account:

For companies who do not hold an account with the Hotel, payment of the estimated total balance is required by the 1st November. Any additional expenses can be settled on the day.

Christmas and New Years Breaks:

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required when booking and the balance is payable on departure.

General Booking Information:

Tickets for parties of 2-20 are payable in full when booking and are non-refundable. Due to the popularity of our events, table configuration is at the discretion of the venue. The management reserves the right to change the artistes advertised without prior notice in the event of force majeure, ill health or any forces beyond our control. All information is correct at time of going to press, but may be subject to alteration.
